A Successful flight test of the E-Hang 216 drone vehicle

Successful drone taxi flight experiment: Seoul (NNI) has successfully tested its most important flying taxi, the E-Hang 216, which takes passengers from one place to another in crowded cities. This time the air taxi has been flown three times.  The ride, which increases air tourism and provides executive service, is completely electric and autonomous. The E-Hang has been tested in South Korea, where it has recently acquired a formal safety certificate for an automated air taxi. The test flight can accommodate two passengers۔

The test was flown in a densely populated South Korean city. But the South Korean government had identified specific locations for all three flights, but the e-hang taxi service will begin in the next three to five years. The first flight began from Manhattan, Seoul, and transferred to the main commercial and business area. The second test noted its emergency performance, for which the city of Diego was chosen.

Medical and fire extinguishers were delivered on the flight and the experiment was successful. The third flight flew with the E-Hang 216 to waterfront areas and other sections of the city, which can be called a recreational flight. It has 16 petals arranged in eight pairs. These propellers surround the entire cabin. It has a top speed of 130 kilometers per hour and can cover a distance of 100 kilometers on a single charge. South Korea's aviation administration has announced it will arrange an air route to E-Hang in the future. ٘Most of the companies in the United States and Europe are currently working on air taxis.

Ehang latterly got permission from Chinese regulators to start a commercial air service in Guangzhou. As part of the pilot program, Ehang is operating with the Guangzhou government to fix up an air traffic control station. On the traveler front, Ehang has told it intends to use the pilot program to examine more flight routes and “vertiports” from which its electric aircraft would take off and land. The company also intends to cargo deliveries of low-weight medical equipment, including blood and organs for emergency usage.

Ehang is one of the dozens of companies that demonstrated that “flying cars” will become a viable form of urban transportation in the future. These involve drone creators, aerospace firms, ride-hailing companies, and even a few automakers. There are broad technical and regulatory challenges that could stop this future from being achieved, but the absolute number of prototypes that have taken flight throughout the globe recommends some version of an aerial taxi service may ultimately come to pass.
